Bernard Hearn is a Principal in the firm's Commercial Litigation Department and having graduated from the University of Westminster he qualified as a solicitor in 1981.
Bernard has in excess of 20 years experience in Commercial and Property Litigation with a number of leading authority cases attributed to him. He is also a specialist in Licensing Law. He has been described in Chambers' Legal Directory as a "swashbuckling litigator".
Bernard lives in London and Liverpool and between him and his wife Lauretta they have four children.
His interests include travel, rugby, rowing, fine wines and good company.
